Parking charges in Wolverhampton city centre are to be cut by 25% in a bid to attract shoppers.
The standard evening fee is being cut from £2.50 to £2, Wolverhampton Council believed that a free parking trial around the retail markets early last year did indeed increase the number of shoppers in the centre.
